North Shoreview Montessori

Below is a list of opportunities to consider. As the year progresses, projects and events needing immediate help will be posted on the website. Thank you for considering these activities and for committing to make North Shoreview even greater. Please check with the office for the form to sign up for an activity and for more information on volunteering.

 Classroom Assistance

Be a room parent, drive or chaperone on field trips, help sew the class quilt, stuff weekly envelopes, volunteer in the classroom, be a Junior Great Books leader (requires training).  

Fundraising Activities

Help chair the annual auction or help on a committee, help with grant writing and research, help with the gift-wrap sale, and help with various fundraising programs (eScrip, Box Tops for Education, Campbell's Labels for Education, and recycling).  

Enrichment

Help out at Math Night, Spring Carnival, Skate Night, Pancake Breakfast, movie nights, PJ Night Literacy Week, Thanksgiving Feast, Magic Night, and quilt raffle.

Administrative Assistance

Help in the office, give school tours to prospective parents, School Safety Patrol, help with Spanish or Tongan translations, or be a room parent coordinator.
